That's true, However,we had some extremely difficult fixtures against Man City Brighton,& Liverpool. And with the trio we absolutely demolished Villa (5-1) I watched Sandra alot for Milan, and his role there was very different to the RCM role in our system. RCM in our system is tasked to make alot of underlapping runs in the halfspace, which he wasn't very comfortable with imo, he was more comfortable passing to the runners

The system is built on Trippier's magical right foot. He's our main creator, whereas Tino Isn't a creator and doesn't have the best crosses/final passes. But Tino is a lovely dribbler/ball carrier and better defensively than Trippier imo. So without Trippier we'll definitely lose creativity. Unless we get £10m+ for Trippier them I'd keep because it's not worth losing a key player for a small fee

Should never play LB again for us. He's simply too tall to be going up against short tricky wingers 1v1. As a CB he's solid defensively but struggles with build up play. But as long as he got someone like Schär next to him who can progress the ball then it's all good

Dummett should have imo been sold 6-7 years ago as he couldn't play 3 games In a row due to his bad hamstrings, and I didn't really rate him as a LB. But he's a good lad who loves the club, can't blame him for wanting to stay. Matt Ritchie is a cult hero, just a shame that the last three seasons tarnished his reputation, he was genuinely one of our best players under Rafa, he was a great leader too. I will always love him for calling Steve Bruce a coward, few players got tye balls to do it. Jeff Hendrick, good Riddance, 50k/week for one of the worst players I have ever seen in a Newcastle shirt, I don't even know how he played so many games for Ireland, stealing a living. Wish Karius & Kell Watts well for their future, Karius deserves to start for a Seria a midtable/bottom half team, he's a good keeper who's worked on his mental side. Now lets hope the club can be ruthless and terminate contract/Sell Jamal Lewis, Isaac Hayden, Ryan Fraser & potentially Ashby too

I want our club to act like a elite club now. Ritchie, Dummett, Gillespie are for me nothing but dressing room cheerleaders, none of them are good enough for League one, let alone PL, and they pick up 100k/week salary... rather have Tim Krul/Forster as 3rd choice. And two teenage wonderkids in the matchday squads, as of now there's no clear pathway for youngsters if Howe keeps these has-beens around. -Isak won't go anywhere because nobody can afford him. Now it's about getting a competent 2nd choice who's availability is much better than Wilson's - If Bruno.G goes he's got my blessings, he's carried us this year and genuinely loves this club. If he stays however then he and us fans deserves better. Get rid of Longstaff and sign a No.6 backup so Bruno can rest at times or play further forward as No.8 - Get rid of the Bruce/Ashley era players who's for me got loser mentalities, just happy picking up wages whilst not having ambition to play.
